DEMO ENVIRONMENT · simulated rails — no money moves here

Service requests/everything that is not a payment

In flight now

Money that has left and has not landed shows here — with whether it can still be pulled back, and the reason when it cannot, because “cannot be cancelled” without a reason reads as VYRE refusing rather than physics.

Nothing is in the air right now. Payment execution has not opened on this account, so nothing can be mid-flight — the first payment that leaves appears here for exactly as long as it is stoppable.

Proof, on paper

The documents somebody else asks you for. Visa applications, tenancy contracts, employers, and the receiving bank on a large transfer.

  • Balance confirmation letterA letter on VYRE paper stating what you hold, as at a date you choose. What a landlord or a visa office asks for.No document service exists yet. The balances behind it do.
  • Confirmation of a payment (MT103)The SWIFT copy for a transfer that has landed. On a large one this is what the recipient’s bank asks to see, and what the money looks like it never arrived without.VYRE is not on SWIFT directly, so this has to come from the corridor partner.
  • A statement for a periodAny month, in any currency you hold, as CSV today — PDF the day the platform can issue one.Go there

Limits and permissions

What you are allowed to do, and what somebody would have to get past to do it as you.

  • Change what a payment can beThe ceiling on a single send, and on a day. Lowering it takes effect at once; raising it asks for your face and waits. The ceiling is enforced on the server and is not yet a thing you can change.
  • Change where the card worksWhether it works online, abroad and at cash machines.A monthly spend limit is not one of them — the platform does not hold one yet.Go there
  • Change when we ask againThe amount above which VYRE asks for your face rather than trusting the session.Go there

Your card

Everything that happens to a piece of plastic, from a forgotten PIN to a stolen one.

  • Freeze it, or cancel it for goodGrouped by whether you can undo it, because that is what matters when you are standing in the street patting an empty pocket.Ordering a replacement is not here yet — a cancelled card is cancelled, and a new one is a new card.Go there
  • PIN — see it or change itThe one already on the card, or a new one that works at any machine.VYRE does not hold a PIN for these cards, so there is nothing here to show you or change.

Who you are

Identity documents expire. The re-check has to land somewhere other than a frozen account and a phone call.

  • Refresh an expiring documentPhotograph a renewed passport, CNIC or Emirates ID before the old one lapses, so nothing is interrupted.Documents are captured at onboarding and there is no refresh path yet. This is the gap that turns a routine renewal into a frozen account.
  • Change your detailsName, address, phone, email, employer.Go there

Money that repeats

Standing orders you set up, and mandates other people hold against you.

  • Set up or amend a standing orderWhat leaves on its own, when, and to whom.Go there
  • Cancel a direct debit mandateSomebody else’s permission to take money from you. Cancelling tells them too.Go there

What you have asked for

A request you cannot see the progress of is a request you will ring up about, which is the whole cost this page exists to avoid.

Nothing asked for yet. A request you raise lives here with its state until it is done — never silently closed.

Where this standsThe catalogue’s Ask buttons do not raise anything yet — no service-request endpoint exists — and the lists above show nothing rather than requests nobody made. Every item is here because it is a thing a cross-border account actually generates — the RAKBank catalogue is longer because it sells term deposits, gold and cheque books, and copying its length would have produced a menu of operations for products VYRE does not have. Where a capability already has a home, this page links to it rather than building a second front door.

One account, one identity. What each product can spend differs.
